South Africa's biggest annual inter-active food and wine show takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 26-29 May 2011. The show offers a feast of culinary pleasures as well as the opportunity to rub shoulders with many international celebrity chefs, including Gordon Ramsay, James Martin and Giorgio Locatelli.
